It seems that everywhere you look, a new restaurant is opening that specializes in nothing but chicken, fried chicken, of course! Where’s the love for smoked chicken? I can tell you that we’ve been showing chicken love for over 25 years! We hand cut and rub our chicken and it rests overnight covered in our special blend of spices; smoke it up slow over special wood blend, and finish it off on the grill….oh the goodness that awaits you! We serve our chicken whole, half, or by the quarter. Want more? We bone our chicken and serve it as a pulled chicken sandwich, burrito, or over an organic spring mix salad. You see? The choice is yours, fried or heavenly…you decide!
