Our menu of barbecue sandwiches, meats, salads, and daily specials are all freshly made every day to ensure the best taste. We start with the highest quality ingredients: prime-grade, flavorful meats, fresh bakery breads and green vegetables. Our hand-rubbed beef brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, sliced ham, pulled lamb, and hot link sausages are all smoked on the premises over pecan logs to create distinctive combinations of flavors that delight the palette of any barbecue lover.
